By booking our services through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined below.

All deposits are NON refundable. Service Provider is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and Drug use is Prohibited by Law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The Service Provider, Any Employee and/or driver for the service provider has the right to terminate a run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY of our Limousines. No Exceptions to the Smoking Rule. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet excluding service for pick ups FROM THE AIRPORT. Service provider not responsible for delays or the termination due to Traffic, Unsafe roads in Severe Weather Conditions (ie. Winter Time, Roads not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Real Diamond Ride (R.D.R.) Toronto Limo Service Pick up Procedure: Our office and assigned driver will monitor your flight and a driver will be waiting for you in the Parking. It can take up to 90 minutes for a passenger to clear Immigration, Customs and claim their bags. There is no charge for this waiting time. Any time in addition to the 90 minutes will be charged. The charge for wait time is $15.00/15 minutes and this fee may be waived under extenuating circumstances such as lost baggage, airport delays, baggage delays, etc. If there is no communication made with the driver within 90 minutes of the flight landing, it will be treated as a no show and full amount will be charged

All Pre-Paid reservations are subject to 5% fuel surcharge and 3% credit card fees.
Real Diamond Ride (R.D.R) Toronto Limo Service Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges
All R.D.R. Toronto Limo Cancellations are subject to 20% Cancellation Charge after a confirmed booking unless stated otherwise.
All Changes are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 25% re-scheduling fee will apply unless stated otherwise.
24 hours notice, prior to the scheduled pick up time is required for Cancellations, or a 50% Cancellation fee will apply unless stated otherwise.
All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be treated as No-Shows and will be charged in full.
All No-Shows will be charged in full including Taxes & Driver Gratuity.
